Our goods can be shipped to the European Union and other major countries.Shipping methodOur goods are stored in two different warehouses, one located in the European Union (Poland) and the other in China. Different products can be shipped from different warehouses as indicated on the product page. You can also contact us for confirmation.Shipping method: DPD/DHL/German Post (Poland warehouse), EU Transport Line(Chinese warehouse).

Delivery time

The time frame for the delivery of the order is divided into two parts:
Working time and shipping time: Monday to Friday.
Processing time: 1-3 working days
Shipping from Polish warehouse
EU delivery time: 4-7 working days
Germany delivery time: 3-7 working days
Shipping from Chinese warehouse
European Union: 7-15 working days
Other major countries: 7-15 working days

  • Late payment will extend the processing time.
    Shipping costs will be charged automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • Expedited Service: If you need to receive your order as soon as possible due to random factors, you can email us (sale@noeifevo.com) to request expedited service. Depending on the situation, we will arrange shipping for you a few days in advance. This service is free of charge for you.

After completing your order, you will not have to pay GST to customs or local authorities. If you are charged GST or local authorities with GST, please contact us for assistance or refund.


Orders Tracking:

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details.Once your item is delivered, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your order number, express information and package tracking, and you can track the status of your order via the email.Things to change the order, refund, placement update, etc. will also be communicated to you in real time via email.

Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect and insufficient shipping address, you will be charged the second shipping cost. Please provide us with your correct shipping address.
Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. If you wish to change your shipping address, please email us at (sale@noeifevo.com) within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.


If there is any level of violence that causes our product damage during shipping, please contact us immediately at sale@noeifevo.com after you receive your package. And we hope to gain your understanding and patience under these circumstances.
Please note that the notification email will be sent to the email address you have associated in contact information on the checkout page or to the email address you have registered your account with. If the email address you leave is invalid or not used, we will not be liable for any risk or loss caused thereby.

If you change your mind halfway through, please do not just reject the package. To cancel your order, please contact us to explain the situation (sale@noeifevo.com) and we will handle the return for you in accordance with our Returns/Refund Policy. We do not take the risk of loss or damage to the package resulting from the rejection.Please contact us at sale@noeifevo.com within 7 days of the delivery suggested by the official tracking system of logistics companies if you do not receive the order, or we will not bear any responsibility on this occasion.
